WARREN - The Maine Department of Transportation will be conducting work on Main Street in Warren starting Monday, July 28. The project area begins 0.05 miles from the intersection of Western Road and Main Street and extends northeast 0.3 miles. Work is scheduled to be completed by October 17. Drivers may encounter a single lane of alternating traffic through the project area and should expect delays of up to 10 minutes between 6 A.M. to 6 P.M.. This project will improve subsurface and surface drainage issues on Main Street. The contractor on this project is Ranger Construction Corporation of Fairfield, Maine. The contract amount is approximately $1 million.
