Let me lay it out for you:
I signed up to be one of your DSCC Vice Chairs because just like you, I could tell on Day One of this second Trump term that he was going to hurt millions of Americans.
Now here he is, months later -- slashing critical programs like Medicaid, harming our long-standing alliances, tearing our economy to shreds, wielding an unforeseen and frankly terrifying amount of power, and lying while doing it. And Senate Republicans aid him time and time again.
They gladly pass his megabill, attacking SNAP and Medicaid. They support Trump's horrendous trade policy, making our lives more expensive and our international relationships worse. They embrace Trump's lies and spread falsehoods of their own.
But here's the good news: We're four seats away from retaking the Senate -- and if we get those four seats, the chaos and lawlessness and extremism of this second Trump term will all END.
Our grassroots movement has faced difficult odds before and come out on top, and that was because brave, generous Democratic supporters like you answered the call.
