Hi John!
Yesterday, millions of Americans showed up to Good Trouble Lives on events in honor of the life and legacy of Rep. John Lewis — a tireless civil rights champion who was always up for getting into Good Trouble.
For our part, VoteRiders hosted 47 volunteers to write 1,949 letters to at-risk voters in Georgia, Rep. Lewis’ home state.
Each of those letters will deliver essential information about what ID those voters need to bring to the polls in order to ensure their vote counts.
VoteRiders convenes thousands of volunteers throughout the year to write letters, send texts, make calls, attend community events, answer our Helpline, and work one-on-one with voters in person and online to make sure every voter has the information and help they need to secure an ID to vote.
So far in 2025, our volunteers have reached more than 2 MILLION voters who are likely to need the information and free help VoteRiders provides.
Our volunteer program relies on supporters like you to expand and thrive. Donate today.
