Tickets are limited. Don't wait! The registration deadline for in-person attendance is August 15, 2025, or until sold out. The registration deadline for virtual attendance is September 9, 2025. 

The hotel room block for this event at the Chula Vista Resort with a special rate of $98 per night is open through August 15, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is not offering scholarships for this event.
