** Race + Power Weekly

Before we get into it, we have a special announcement. Next week, NPQ will be launching our new newsletters to better serve our readers. While this is the final Race + Power newsletter, we are excited for the new newsletter Justice This Week, which highlights stories at the intersection of health, racial, economic, climate, immigration, and LGBTQ+ justice.

And leading up to the launch of the newsletter, this week we’re highlighting stories that illustrate how justice issues are all connected.

First, in a story about increasing alarm over how data centers are consuming energy on the electric grid ([link removed]) , particularly in the South, we are reminded that climate justice is also a racial and health justice issue.
