WESTBROOK - The Maine Department of Transportation will be doing roadway preservation work on Stroudwater Street beginning Friday, July 11. The project area begins on Stroudwater Street in Westbrook, beginning at Main Street and extending south 0.04 miles to William B. Clark Drive. Work is scheduled to be completed by August 6. Drivers may encounter a single-lane, alternating traffic pattern through project locations. This may cause longer commute times. The contractor on this project is Glidden Excavating and Paving of Gorham, ME. The contract amount is approximately $1.3 million.
