I wanted to reach out with a brief and encouraging update:

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals just granted us a big win in our case against DOGE.

At the Supreme Court’s request, we slightly narrowed our requests for information from DOGE and the court of appeals ruled that our modified discovery requests and depositions from DOGE satisfy the law and can move forward.

We're happy with the Court's decision and look forward to the next steps.

CREW sued back in February because DOGE was seizing control of key government functions without being transparent with the public about who they are or how they work. It was clear to us even then that DOGE wanted to operate in secrecy because they did not have public support for their government takeover.

Now, we’ve won at several levels, despite the government taking the fight all the way to the Supreme Court. They are going to great lengths to keep DOGE’s work secret, and may even try to go back to the Supreme Court, but we are not letting them get away with it.
