SCOTUS orders judges to revisit decisions on transgender health plans, birth certificates in wake of blockbuster ruling

Did you see this headline, John? After several rulings attacking gender-affirming healthcare and stripping LGBTQ+ rights, the Court is now calling on judges to revisit their previous rulings in favor of trans rights. And bigoted state legislators are answering the call. Over 590 anti-LGBTQ bills have been introduced this year! The bills are once again trying to rollback LGBTQ+ rights and access to healthcare, visibility in education (including bills that would forcibly out students), drag bans and so much more. It's absolutely ridiculous!

2025 is another record-breaking year for anti-LGBTQ legislation. We have to keep fighting back. Make a donation of $20.25 or more to get LGBTQ+ candidates elected and defeat these horrific bills!
