Census Bureau Releases Schedule for Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Statistics and American Community Survey Estimates
Key Dates in September 2025 [ [link removed] ]
*JULY 15, 2025 *— The U.S. Census Bureau is set to release the 2024 Income, Poverty and Health Insurance statistics from the Current Population Survey (CPS) [ [link removed] ] Annual Social and Economic Supplement (ASEC) and the American Community Survey [ [link removed] ] (ACS) in September.

*2024 CPS ASEC – Tuesday, Sept. 9 (No Embargo)*
This release includes:Â
* *National 2024 income statistics. *Annual income, earnings and inequality estimates that can be used to evaluate national economic trends and their effect on the well-being of households, families and individuals.
* *National 2024 poverty statistics. *Annual official poverty and Supplemental Poverty Measure (SPM) estimates to help gauge the economic well-being of households, families and individuals based on official poverty and SPM rates.
* *National 2024 health insurance coverage statistics. *Annual national-level health insurance coverage estimates highlighting coverage trends and examining health insurance status by select characteristics to better understand the well-being of individuals.
*2024 ACS 1-Year Estimates – Thursday, Sept. 11 (Embargo Sept. 9)*
This release includes:
* *2024 ACS 1-year estimates. *Statistics on numerous social, economic, housing and demographic characteristics (including language spoken at home, educational attainment, commuting, employment, mortgage status and rent, income, poverty and health insurance coverage) for geographic areas with populations of 65,000 or more.Â
* *2024 ACS* data profiles, detailed tables, comparison profiles, selected population profiles, subject tables, and summary files.Â
