   John,
A terrifying new peer-reviewed scientific study has confirmed
that glyphosate, the world’s most widely used pesticide, causes cancer
even at the “safe” exposure levels set by the EU.
Yet shockingly, EU regulators ignored this science when they renewed
glyphosate’s approval in 2023, greenlighting another 10 years of this
toxic chemical in our food, water, and soil.
We cannot let this deadly pesticide continue to poison our communities.
Which is why Ekō is seizing this moment to launch an URGENT people-powered
push to get glyphosate banned once and for all – and we need your help to
   power it.
If we can rapidly raise enough, we could launch a massive ad blitz across
Europe to expose this shocking new research to drive public outrage, help
fund more critical studies into glyphosate’s toxicity, and force our
governments in the EU and beyond to protect people and our planet from
   toxic chemicals.
Can you chip in now to make it happen?

Glyphosate has already been classified by the World Health Organization as
a probable carcinogen. It’s been linked to biodiversity collapse, lethal
harm to farmworkers, and a litany of health risks.
The UN warned a DECADE ago that glyphosate causes leukemia in lab animals.
But the EU greenlit the use of this terrifying pesticide anyway – giving
us another decade of dangerous exposure to the world’s most used
   pesticide.
But now, the world's most comprehensive independent animal study ever
conducted on glyphosate confirmed that “safe” levels of glyphosate cause
   cancer in laboratory animals.
It’s completely terrifying, but history shows that our governments will
ignore this new study if we let them. Because the EU had a chance to act
on this science before – and chose instead to protect corporate profits
over public health. But this new study gives us an important window to
force our elected officials to confront the chemical industry lobby and
ban this poison once and for all.
With your help, Eko could unleash a powerful grassroots storm – shining a
spotlight on this scandal, organizing high-visibility actions across the
continent, and pressuring national leaders to protect people, not
   pesticides.
We’ve beaten pesticide giants before and know we can do it again. But it
will only work if thousands of us come together right now.
We’re moving fast to make the  most of this moment –  but we need your
support to pull it off. Can you chip in to fuel this mega-campaign and all
our work defending people and the planet?
