John – Last week, I voted against an irresponsible and misguided budget that does nothing to help everyday Americans and working families. Despite bipartisan opposition, the GOP majority rammed their proposal through Congress without regard for the harm it will cause.

Now that the president has officially signed it into law, I’m working to ensure I can support our communities as we prepare to face the impacts.
