For Noah Abesamis, an adult living with cystic fibrosis, there were times when his Filipino culture and experiences with CF were the hardest parts of himself to acknowledge. Today, he shares how he has come to embrace his heritage and found inspiration through the loving support of his lola, a Filipino term for “grandmother.”
