Fresh Sea Bass
Sea bass offers a delicate, slightly sweet flavor with firm, moist flakes that work well with everything from citrus and herbs to bolder sauces. Its mild profile and meaty texture make it a go-to for both simple weeknight meals and more refined dishes. To enhance moisture and bring out its natural flavor, try marinating briefly, soaking in milk, or serving it with a bright vinaigrette or pan sauce.

Sea bass collars, cut from just behind the gills, are especially flavorful and perfect for grilling—crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside.

Fresh Yellowtail

Fresh Yellowtail has a clean, full-flavored taste with a firm, meaty texture that holds up well to grilling, pan-searing, or serving raw. Its slightly richer flavor makes it a great match for citrus, soy, or spice-forward marinades. For cooked preparations, keep it simple with a light brush of oil, salt, and lemon, and be careful not to overcook it’s best when just opaque in the center. It also shines in crudo or sashimi-style dishes, especially with ponzu, ginger, or chili oil to highlight its natural richness.

ORDERS: Use the Real Good Fish website to view featured items in the flash sale for this week and place your order. The sale closes at 10 am PST on Wednesday morning. If you are outside of the Western states, please contact us, and we can upgrade the shipping to overnight for an additional fee, or send the product to arrive after the weekend.

DELIVERY: All deliveries will be sent to the address you choose in checkout. This can be the address you use for your general Real Good Fish deliveries or an alternative shipping address. Deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday to your door, depending when the order is placed.

SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on any orders over $100. For any orders less than $100, there will be a $35 shipping charge added to the final total. Delivery is available nationwide but any locations outside of CA, NV, UT, AZ, WA, OR, or ID will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
