Recently, a judge agreed with what we’ve said all along: Trump’s executive order on elections was unconstitutional.

Minnesota helped lead the legal challenge, and we secured a victory. This injunction blocks key parts of the order that would have made it harder for eligible Americans to register and vote.

It’s a huge step forward. But the Trump administration is likely to appeal, and this fight is far from over.
