Just last week, the Court sided with Trump again, greenlighting sweeping new executive powers and blocking basic congressional oversight. This comes after they rubber-stamped ICE budget increases, upheld gerrymandered maps, and opened the door for state crackdowns on peaceful protests.

One ruling after another, they’re dismantling our guardrails and siding with Trump’s authoritarian agenda. And if we don’t push back, it’s only going to get worse.

That’s why more and more Democrats are saying: Enough is enough — it’s time to expand the Court and restore balance before it’s too late.
