FIRST: Trump showed us exactly who he was from day one, and governed with
authoritarian intent. He targeted immigrants, emboldened extremists,
abused his power, and was impeached twice.
THEN: The people spoke, and he lost the 2020 election. But instead of
accepting defeat, Trump tried to overturn the election results, incited a
violent insurrection on January 6th, and faced multiple indictments.
Still, he refused to take responsibility.
NOW: Trump is back — more extreme, and more determined than ever to hold
onto power. From enacting mass deportations, attempting to ignore federal
courts, and signing illegal executive orders, Trump has caused chaos.
Right now, he has the full force of the MAGA machine behind him, enabling
his every move. This is the fight of our time.
The Squad Victory Fund was built to defend democracy and elect bold,
progressive champions who won’t back down from authoritarianism — not in
Congress and not at the ballot box.
But this isn’t a fight we can win alone. This work takes an immense amount
of resources, and it’s crucial we build the momentum needed to protect our
democracy. That’s why we’re asking:

Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
