Donald Trump just signed the worst spending bill in our history, one that robs everyday folks of their basic services for the most gilded few.

Our grief and anger must turn into action – millions have just had their health care significantly weakened or eliminated entirely.

Our focus cannot only be on electoral victories – although we will need those in 2026. And our focus can't only be on policy advocacy when we know women, children, and working families will be hurt with access to care severely curtailed, with some facing life and death consequences.

We must protect and support our health care service providers. This is the movement we need to build now.
