This is one of the most destructive pieces of legislation of the 21st Century, and it’s our patriotic duty to defeat every single vulnerable Republican who voted for this monstrosity. The final version of this bill includes the following:

* 60% of tax cuts going to the top 20% of earners
* Paying for tax cuts by gutting Medicaid and SNAP, and throwing millions of poor and working-class Americans off health insurance

* Another $46 billion for a border wall, $45 billion for more detention centers, and $30 billion to hire more ICE agents to kidnap folks from American streets

This bill is so bad that last month, Josh Hawley penned an Op-Ed in the New York Times arguing that cutting Medicaid would conflict with Donald Trump’s campaign promises to protect working-class Americans.

It’s so bad that Lisa Murkowski—who mind-bogglingly voted FOR the bill—gave this quote immediately after it passed: “My hope is that the House is gonna look at this and recognize we’re not there yet.”

The damn Senator who voted for it doesn’t even think it should become law!

Meanwhile, MAGA influencers and politicians have only tried to spin this bill in two ways:

1. We got what we wanted on immigration enforcement and deportations, so it’s a good thing
2. Yeah, it’s terrible, but oh well. This is Trump’s America now. Sucks to be you, my fellow citizens.
