Happy Fourth of July!

Today is a celebration — of freedom, of progress, and of the people who keep working to make our communities stronger.

As we gather with loved ones and enjoy everything from backyard barbecues to fireworks, I’m also thinking about what makes this day meaningful here in Delaware County.

It’s the way we show up for each other. How we fight for equity and inclusion. How we put our values into action — whether that’s expanding access to food, protecting healthcare rights, or investing in programs that meet people where they are.

The work isn’t done, but we’ve come so far. And I couldn’t be prouder to be in this with you. Wishing you a joyful, safe, and meaningful holiday.
