As we gather with family and friends to celebrate the Fourth of July, we're reminded of the promise our nation holds — one of freedom, unity, and justice for all.
Today isn’t just about fireworks and barbecues. It’s about honoring the spirit of hope and the belief in a better America that has driven our country forward since its beginning.
Our journey toward a more perfect union is far from over. Each of us has a role to play in shaping the future we envision — a future where every child has access to quality education, every family has a safe and affordable place to live, and everyone has the health care they need. Basically being able to afford the lives we want to live.
I first saw the power of a strong community growing up in Minnesota. Raised by a single mom, our neighbors wrapped their arms around us and helped us get by. It's this spirit of coming together and looking out for one another that defines us as Minnesotans — and as Americans.
That’s exactly what our campaign is about.
I’m honored to be in this fight with you. Let’s keep this momentum going and build a future we can all be proud of, because when we speak with a loud and clear voice, there's nothing we can't achieve.
