A short while ago, Republicans passed a bill that will take away health care from 17 million Americans and cut food assistance programs in order to give tax cuts to some of the wealthiest people in the country.

And one of the saddest facts is that millions of people have no idea they are about to lose their health care.

"Medicaid has been in the news," but in most states it's not even called that. In Louisiana it's called "Healthy Louisiana," in Connecticut it's called "Husky Health," in California it's called "Medi-Cal."

Those are people — and many others — who are going to need help. And it won’t be Republicans who give it to them. It’s gotta be us. Democrats.

It wasn't that long ago we had a Democratic president, House and Senate. And if we are going to undo the damage done by the Trump administration, we're going to need to do it again. And fast.

So we're asking:
