If enacted, this bill will give corporations and the richest Americans a $4.5 trillion tax break—creating the largest wealth transfer from the working poor to the ultra rich in American history.

This bill is an attack on that vision of reproductive freedom, with provisions including:
- Huge cuts to Medicaid, leaving over 7.6 million Americans without coverage in the next 10 years
- A ban preventing Planned Parenthood from accepting Medicaid reimbursements—a move that will close clinics and defund critical care like cancer screenings, mammograms, and contraception
- Slashes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, which helps to feed 42 million Americans
This bill benefits the ultra-wealthy and powerful corporations that helped elect Donald Trump at the direct expense of working families, women, and marginalized communities.
As federal attacks on our healthcare, reproductive rights, and financial security intensify, our state and local leaders must step up to protect our communities and lead with courage and compassion.
