Good afternoon friend,

Just last week, history was made in Westminster. MPs voted in favour of Kim Leadbeater’s Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill at Third Reading, sending it to the House of Lords for the very first time. It’s the furthest an assisted dying Bill has ever progressed in the House of Commons - and it happened because people like you demanded better for dying people.

The Bill has now had its First Reading in the House of Lords, and it will have it’s Second Reading on Friday 12 September. The road ahead is still long - but the momentum is firmly with us.

But momentum alone isn’t enough. To keep this campaign moving forward, we need the backing of committed members like you.

Will you become a member today and help us take this all the way?

Regular donations from our members give us the power to plan ahead, react quickly, and keep the pressure on decision-makers at every stage. With the Bill now moving through the Lords, your support couldn’t be more important.

With your support, we can:

  • Keep building support among MPs and Peers in Westminster
  • Amplify the voices of dying people and their families
  • Ensure compassion and choice remain at the heart of every stage of the process

We are at a tipping point. Change is no longer a distant hope - it’s within reach. But only if we have the resources to keep pushing.

Join as a member today and help make history.

Thank you for being part of this growing movement for dignity, compassion, and choice. Together, we will change the law.

With gratitude,

David Pearce

P.S. This is a defining moment. The Bill is now in the House of Lords and needs all the support it can get. By becoming a member today, you’ll help make sure we can keep up the pressure and turn momentum into lasting change. Join now and stand with us.
