The Trump administration’s climate protection rollbacks will “cost lives and livelihoods of Pennsylvanians,” according to a group of climate advocacy organizations.

Lee Zeldin, the Trump-appointed EPA administrator, moved in June to erase federal limits on greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants in a bid to “unleash American energy.” The EPA has also canceled several grants that supported local efforts to cut emissions.
