Hi, it's Deborah.

Time is running out — we have just three days left until our critical end-of-quarter deadline. Will you chip in $10 by midnight tomorrow and help us reach our $10,000 end-of-quarter fundraising goal? >> [link removed]

Donald Trump and the Republican trifecta are trying to overwhelm voters with their blatant corruption and overreaches of power. But we can’t let them distract us. We must stay focused and start preparing for the midterm elections now.

2026 is our chance to flip the house and take back our democracy. Our fight for justice and equality has never been easy, but we can’t afford to fall behind.

Right now, we risk losing social safety nets that millions of North Carolinians rely on:

→ Social Security benefits
→ Food assistance for families relying on SNAP
→ Access to Medicare and Medicaid

Our tax dollars should support hardworking families, not billionaires and corrupt profiteers. This administration, which has been defined by cruelty and greed, is determined to strip these services away if they can get away with it.

One of our best defenses is to ensure we have enough people in office who will stand up to Trump and his allies, and that starts with protecting this seat. I’ve called out the Trump administration before, and I’ll do it again and again.

It may be the off-year, but what we do now will make or break our chances of flipping the House blue in 2026. North Carolina’s future is on the line, and we have no time to waste.

Can I count on you to donate $10 so we can build the infrastructure to win back the House in 2026? >> [link removed]

Thank you. In this together,

Deborah

In 2020, Deborah became the first Democrat in over a decade to be elected to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district. In her first term, eleven pieces of legislation she introduced were signed into law. These measures increased funding for sexual assault nurse examiners, enhanced judicial ethics and transparency, and bolstered North Carolina’s offshore wind energy potential. Deborah needs your support to continue the fight for fairness, equality, and progress. Let’s do this together.
