Valley Park Trail Closure
Valley Park Trail will close starting the week of July 7, for construction of the River to River Greenway trail segment between Marie Avenue and Lilydale Road. This will be a hard closure for the remainder of the summer, as crews will be replacing multiple bridges along the trail. Until construction begins, the trail remains open for public use; however, please note that conditions are poor in some areas, including gravel sections, and users should exercise caution.

Volunteer Opportunity: Adult Walking Group
Join us and get some exercise walking with the adult walking group. We are looking for a volunteer to help City staff lead the 2-3 mile walk every Thursday from 9-10 a.m. Volunteers must be able to walk for at least 3 miles at a swift pace on different walking paths throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Teen Night: Laser Tag
June 30; 3-8 p.m. Kensington Park
Play laser tag with friends at Kensington Park! One round of play is $5 per person; multiple hours can be purchased. Round time is approximately 10 minutes with participants returning to the end of the line in order to play again.

Let's Talk: Speed Safety Cameras

Join Police Chief Kelly McCarthy for an informal conversation about the Department's use of speed safety cameras beginning Aug. 1.
