*South Kitsap*
Drivers should expect traffic delays and intermittent road closures on *Banner Rd SE* between SE Fragaria Rd and SE Willock Rd through July 7 during work hours for a Puget Sound Energy (PSE) project. Crews will be working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No work is scheduled for Friday, July 4. PSE will be using a crane to install transmission poles. During certain phases of the project, the road will need to be closed temporarily. A detour route will be in place when closures occur, and traffic control crews will help manage the work zone. Crews are conducting maintenance at the following locations listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:


* *Long Lake Rd SE* between Lakeview Dr SE and Woods Rd SE (MO)
* *Feigley Rd W* between W Frontage Rd and SW Hudson Dr (TU)

*Central Kitsap*

Expect daytime and nighttime delays on *Silverdale Way NW* (from Bucklin Hill Rd to Waaga Way) and *NW Bucklin Hill Rd* (from Silverdale Way NW to Blaine Ave) due to a road and stormwater improvement project. Work will take place Monday through Friday and is expected to be completed by fall 2025. Visit the project website [ [link removed] ] for details.

Expect delays along *Perry Avenue NE* between Stone Way and Sheridan Road. The North Perry Avenue Water District is conducting infrastructure work  through December 2025. Daytime road closures will take place Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. with detours in place.

North Kitsap

Crews are conducting maintenance activities at the locations listed below. Expect moderate to delays between 5 and 10 minutes:


* *Brownsville Hwy NE* between SR308 and Old Military Rd NE (TU-WE)
* *S Kingston Rd NE* between Dewberry Rd NE and NE White Horse Dr (TH)
