Hey John --
Hard-working people around the world are joining together for a huge day of action TODAY at 10 AM ET. We can’t live like this -- poverty wages, the threat of COVID when we show up at work, no paid sick leave, police brutality hurting our sisters, brothers, and siblings. We must act.
Join the broadcast happening TODAY at 10 AM ET & 6 PM ET TODAY, and then join us again at 6 PM tomorrow. We will join together for ourselves and for each other, and we will WIN.

John --
I work 40 hrs/wk as a cook at McDonald's and I struggle to make ends meet on minimum wage. Utilities, rent, car insurance -- the bills pile up. What would happen if I got sick and couldn't work?
And I'm not alone. There are 140 million poor and low-wealth people in the richest country in the world. It didn't happen by accident -- systemic racism keeps the inequality I experience in place as corporations like McDonald's prioritize profit over me, forcing their own employees to struggle from paycheck to paycheck even if we work full time.
To stop this, we must unite and come together to demand justice.
That's why I'm joining up with the Poor People's Campaign, and going to the Mass Poor People's Assembly and Digital Justice Gathering. Register for the broadcast on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 10 AM EST & 6 PM EST and on Sunday, June 21 at 6 PM EST.

We are facing a crisis of injustice -- and it shows itself in different ways, unique to each of us, but it's all too familiar.
McDonald's runs PR campaigns saying Black Lives Matter to sell their burgers, but chooses to ignore Black women who report sexual assault in their stores. McDonald's gives billions of dollars to shareholders as dividends, but still refuses to give paid sick leave to me and my coworkers.
Enough is enough.
Rise with us and register for the Mass Poor People's Assembly and Moral March on Washington Digital Justice Gathering this weekend. >>
