Hi there, it’s Deborah Ross.
Today marks the third anniversary of Dobbs v. Jackson, the court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade and officially took away a woman’s fundamental right to abortion access.
Since then, MAGA Republicans have launched countless attacks on reproductive healthcare access nationwide. Right here in North Carolina, Republicans are more than happy to follow the lead of the MAGA establishment, emboldened to support regressive anti-choice legislation.
I first ran for Congress in 2020 to protect our rights and freedoms — and that includes women’s reproductive healthcare access.
Now, I’m running for reelection to defend our rights from attacks by extremist Republicans. With the Republican House majority hanging on by a thread, we have a serious shot at flipping the House blue and making CERTAIN that we defend our freedoms.
But I need your help to make that happen. Can I count on you to chip in any amount possible and help me protect reproductive healthcare access here in North Carolina?

In 2020, Deborah became the first Democrat in over a decade to be elected to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district. In her first term, eleven pieces of legislation she introduced were signed into law. These measures increased funding for sexual assault nurse examiners, enhanced judicial ethics and transparency, and bolstered North Carolina’s offshore wind energy potential. Deborah needs your support to continue the fight for fairness, equality, and progress. Let’s do this together.
