Dear friend,
Today marks three years since the Dobbs decision overturned Roe v. Wade — a devastating ruling that stripped tens of millions of women of their constitutional right to abortion and upended nearly 50 years of legal precedent.
Since then, the consequences have only grown more severe. More than 20 states have banned or severely restricted abortion.
Courts are being stacked with extremist judges. Access to medication abortion — the most common and safest form of abortion care — is under attack. And across the country, women are being forced to travel hundreds of miles or carry dangerous pregnancies to term against their will, causing preventable deaths.
This is the future Republicans planned for, friend. And they’re not done yet.
They’re pushing for a nationwide abortion ban, targeting IVF, threatening to prosecute patients and doctors, and even going after contraception. It’s part of a radical anti-choice agenda that disregards science, ignores public opinion, and treats women as second-class citizens.
But we are not powerless, and we are not giving up. In every election since Dobbs , voters have stood up to protect reproductive rights. And in Congress, I’ve never stopped fighting — from voting for the Women’s Health Protection Act to supporting access to medication abortion and IVF.
If you stand with me in defense of reproductive freedom, please consider making a donation today. Your support will help us keep up the fight and send a clear message that we won’t let them take us backward. [[link removed]]
