We are in search of our newest teammate! Breach is hiring an Individual Giving and Operations Strategist. We are seeking a fundraising professional who will create infrastructure for our growing individual giving work and cover operations capacity gaps during a period of upcoming staff leave.

The Individual Giving and Operations Strategist is a part-time (.5 FTE, 16 hours per week) hourly ($52.04), six-month, non-exempt position, with the possibility of converting to a permanent and/or full-time position in the future, contingent on funding. This position is hybrid/remote optional, with offices located in Eugene and Portland. It will be classified as an Interim Employee within the bargaining unit represented by Communications Workers of America Local 7901.
Benefits include a prorated equivalent of 50 days’ of vacation each year, unlimited sick leave, week-long paid winter office closure, and nine paid holidays, including three floating holidays.
