It's time for the newest installment
of Forward Thinking
(previously known as Control What You Can - but it's
time to look to the future).
After a few weeks of diving into the US's
fiscal situation, we're pivoting to a new topic: Education.
Educating our children is among the most
important tasks for society. Teaching them the skills they need to be
successful and happy is no easy feat, and over the past decades, we
have built a public education system to ensure Americans are ready for
the workforce. Today, we're asking you the first in a series of
questions about our education system and where we should focus efforts
for improvement.

on other social media sites. We listened to the many of you who no
longer engage on X, and we'll aggregate responses across all platforms
(and we'll take a screencap of the results from the place with the
