Bernie knows Donavan is up against the exact same oligarchy he’s been

like Shri buying elections and seats in Congress. While Donald Trump and
the billionaire class are ripping apart the safety net programs so many of
us rely on, with far too many corporate Democrats standing by and letting
it happen, Donavan is exactly the kind of leader we need in Congress
fighting for the working class.

We have to clean house in the Democratic Party now. Replacing out-of-touch
incumbents like Thanedar with working-class, progressive leaders like

We can count on Donavan because he’s been in this fight for years. He
served on Michigan’s first-ever Environmental Justice Council and was a
labor leader at SEIU Healthcare Michigan — both roles where he fought
tirelessly to secure victories for the working class.

Now, as the State Representative for the poorest district in Michigan,
Donavan’s working to pass legislation to fix Michigan’s public schools and
bring justice to the legal system. If we elect Donavan, he will put that
experience to work for working people in MI-13 and across the country in
Washington.

So many of our biggest goals — Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and a
living wage — are being blocked by the very same interests that helped
elect Thanedar. But with Donavan in this race, we have the chance to take
on the dark money and give the people a leader who will actually fight for
them.
