Bornstein Seafoods Inc Issues Recall [ [link removed] ]

*June 10, 2025 *- Bornstein Seafoods of Bellingham, Washington is recalling 44,550 Lbs. of Cooked & Peeled Ready-To-Eat Coldwater Shrimp Meat because it has the potential to be contaminated with "Listeria monocytogenes." 

Product was distributed directly to distributors and retailers in California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia of Canada. Products may have been further distributed and sold at retailers nationwide.

Hofood99 Issues Recall [ [link removed] ]

*June 11, 2025 -*Hofood99 Inc is recalling its 200g packages of Enoki Mushroom, because they may be contaminated with "Listeria monocytogenes." 

The recalled Enoki Mushrooms were distributed nationwide in retail stores. The product comes in a 200g, green plastic package marked with UPC Barcode 6 976532 310051 on the back label.

Vita-Warehouse Corp. Issues Allergy Alert [ [link removed] ]

*June 12, 2025 - *Vita Warehouse Corp. is voluntarily recalling one lot of Welby® brand Vitamin B12 Energy Support gummy product 1000 mcg 140 gummies, Berkely Jensen® Vitamin B12 1000 mcg 250 Gummies, and VitaGlobe™ Vitamin B12 Extra Strength 60 Gummies due to the potential presence of undeclared peanuts. 

These products were distributed at ALDI and BJ’s retail stores nationwide.

Consumers who are allergic to peanuts and have purchased and with the lot code 248046601 and an expiration date of October 2026 are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or discard them immediately.

Starway International Group LLC Issues Recall [ [link removed] ]

*June 12, 2025 - *Starway International Group, LLC, in Maspeth, N.Y., is recalling approximately 9,513 pounds of ineligible frozen Siluriformes fish ball products that were produced by an establishment in Vietnam that is not eligible to export Siluriformes fish to the United States.

The following products are subject to recall, regardless of expiration date.


* 16-oz. plastic bag packages containing “Cá Viên Trắng WHITE FISH BALLS” with item number “81142103” printed on the label.
* 2-kg. plastic bag packages containing “Cá Viên Trắng WHITE FISH BALLS” with item number “81142102” printed on the label.
* 16-oz. plastic bag packages containing “Cá Viên Chiên FRIED FISH BALLS” with item number “81142101” printed on the label.
* 2-kg. plastic bag packages containing “Cá Viên Chiên FRIED FISH BALLS” with item number “81142100” printed on the label.

The product does not bear an establishment number nor a USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
