============================

Today, June 15 at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET , we're holding an emergency virtual call in response to unconfirmed reports that ICE raids in public parks resulted in nannies and caregivers being taken from children. Although these reports were determined to be rumors, stoked by the growing fear in our communities as immigration raids at workplaces and public spaces escalate, one thing is clear: Threats meant to instill fear and chaos are attacks on all our families and children and create immediate harm within our communities. In the face of rising authoritarianism, we must band together to keep each other safe – it takes a village.

Join us to:

* Get Informed – Hear what's happening and learn how to keep yourself, your loved ones, and your community safe.

* Take Action – Join forces with families, caregivers, employers, and allies to demand accountability.

Whether you're a family member, an employer, or a concerned ally — your presence is urgently needed. It takes a village. Together, we can stand united and keep each other safe. RSVP now to receive the link and join the call TODAY at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET. [[link removed]]

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.

Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
