Hey, I’m sorry to reach out on a Sunday, but Dave’s campaign really needs your help. Here’s why:

MAGA Republicans are already running attack ads against us, we’re up against a huge fundraising deadline in just 11 hours, AND we’re still $3,940 short of our goal.

If that’s all you need to hear, and you’re ready to help Dave defend this toss-up seat from Donald Trump’s cronies, then please pitch in whatever you can before our midnight deadline. Even just $3 would go a long way in a competitive district like CA-47.

But if you need a little more context before chipping in (and I totally understand if that’s the case!), here are three things I want to share with you:

1. Dave isn’t the kind of Democrat who sits on the sidelines. He’ll never be afraid to call out Trump and stand tall against his attacks on health care, LGBTQ+ rights, and the rule of law.

2. The NRCC has labeled Dave a “top target.” That means MAGA Republicans and right-wing super PACs are going to spend MILLIONS in an attempt to kick Dave out of office and install a hand-picked, Trump-loving extremist in his place.

3. CA-47 is one of just a handful of ultra-competitive districts. Here’s a little secret: Across the country, there are very few truly competitive districts left. But this is one of them. That means whichever party wins this race next year will be in the driver’s seat to take the House majority.

So if any of those three reasons convince you, will you rush a $3 donation before our midnight deadline to help us hit our fundraising goal before it’s too late? Republicans are already gearing up to flip this district red, so we need to kick our campaign into overdrive right now.
