Ayanna Pressley for Congress

Listen: 16 million. That’s how many more families, babies, elders, folks with disabilities, and more would lose health care by 2034 because of Republicans’ big, ugly bill.

This bill would decimate health care in America and worsen our maternal health crisis.

It would rip food out of the mouths of families already struggling to put meals on the table.

It would gut mental health funding under SAMHSA and cut cancer research, turning its back on people struggling with addiction, mental health crises, cancer diagnoses, and much, much more.

This bill is an abomination, and it must be stopped.

Republicans who gave their vote to this horrific, big, ugly bill should be ashamed. I’m not sure if they haven’t lived through basic human experiences like grief or concern, or if they simply don’t give a damn. But I’ll keep speaking out against this spending plan and urging my Republican colleagues in the Senate to do right by the people they serve.

If you’re with me, will you add your name and help us show the widespread opposition to this Republican plan? Every name strengthens this fight.

We still have a fighting chance to stop this big, ugly bill from making our communities poorer, sicker, hungrier, and more vulnerable.

We just need for Republicans to listen to their constituents and vote no.

I’m fighting for more than protecting our existing lifelines like Medicaid, SNAP, Head Start, and the VA. I’m also pushing for Medicare for all, universal child care, and other bold, transformational policies that go as broad and deep as the hurt people are feeling.

I won’t let Republicans rip away what little we already have — and I’m going to keep demanding more. Because we deserve to do more than just survive. We deserve to thrive.

Please, add your name to show solidarity with our grassroots movement and say you denounce this big, ugly bill by Republicans.

Yours in service,

Ayanna
