Hi there,

I wanted to reach out and take a moment to wish you all a very happy Father’s Day! Today is a day to celebrate all the wonderful fathers and father figures out there.

My wonderful husband, Chad, supported me every step of the way when I was deciding whether to run for Congress. He’s also been an amazing father to our children, and I’m proud of the life that we’ve built together in the Lehigh Valley.

Growing up, my dad taught me that with hard work, anything is possible. Along with my mother, he took the leap to immigrate from Colombia and follow his American Dream. He took two buses every day to get to his job as a hospital technician in order to forge a better life for our family.

I’m running for Congress for him and for others like him, because I believe that hard-working people deserve to get a shot at the American Dream.

To every father, grandfather, father figure, and caregiver – thank you for the care, strength, and support you give each day. I hope you and your loved ones have a joyful and restful day!
