Trump’s $45 million military parade celebrating his own birthday on Saturday, June 14 looks to be a bit of a bust, between rainy weather and disappointing turnout. But the more than 2,000 “No Kings” protests across America — and overseas — have been going strong.

Here are more dispatches from on the ground from members of the Lincoln Square/Lincoln Project family:

Littleton, Colorado

The video above is from Mario Nicolais at a protest near Denver.

“We will have no kings, no autocrats, no fascists, no tyrants. The first line of the Declaration of Independence is we the people,” Mario says. “And as you can see,we the people are not going to allow this to happen in our country any longer.”

Los Angeles, California

Maya May was in L.A. for the “No Kings” protest after Trump sent in both the National Guard and the Marines to put down protests against ICE earlier in the week. The LAPD issued dispersal order for part of downtown L.A.

Kingston, New York

Sam Osterhout attended one of the protests in upstate New York.
