Maricopa County is home to 4.6 million voters, and to be successful in 2026, we plan on reaching almost every single one of them--through canvassing, phone banking, and mail pieces.
However, a lot of neighborhoods in the county are gated and do not allow for canvassers. The main method to reach out to them is through mail, which has proven to be one of the most effective ways to reach voters.
Unfortunately, prices on stamps are set to increase by 5 cents on July 13th. To reach every voter in the county, that means an additional $230,000 is needed to pay for the 5 cent increase on postage.
In addition, the price of postage doesn't just affect mail pieces but postcards, as well--the primary activity for most volunteers throughout the country. But, we can't continue to recruit volunteers for postcards if we don't have the postage to back it up.
That’s why we’re trying to buy all the stamps we’ll need for the 2026 cycle before the price hike hits.
We have less than a month until the price hike hits, and every dollar we save on stamps can be reinvested into field organizing, voter registration, and fighting MAGA at every level of government.
Friend, would you be able to chip in today to help us buy stamps before the price hikes hit? Each stamp we buy could be a vote from an Independent or a crossover Republican.
