This past week, I had the privilege of traveling to Washington, D.C. with several of our Party leaders: First Vice Chair Shirlene Ostrov, Second Vice Chair Bob McDermott, Representative Diamond Garcia, Senator Brenton Awa, and Senator Samantha DeCorte.

We participated in the King Kamehameha Lei Draping Ceremony at our Nation’s Capitol Rotunda—a moving moment that reminded us of the importance of honoring our Hawaiian heritage while advancing Hawaiʻi’s voice on the national stage.

While in D.C., we also met with the Republican National Committee (RNC) to deepen our understanding of the GROW program—a powerful resource that will help us build capacity, expand our reach, and sharpen our operations as we prepare for the 2026 Primary and General Elections. The RNC is committed to supporting our work to modernize and strengthen the Hawai‘i Republican Party.

Back at home, we remain focused on advancing our 100-Day Plan.

Every week, we continue to meet with Republicans—and future Republicans—across the islands. We are listening to your ideas, sharing our vision, and building relationships that will fuel the next phase of our movement.
