Senate Battleground Campaign Memo

The Election to defend Montana’s battleground Republican Senate seat is over
a year away. To keep this seat in Republican hands we need to start raising the
money and building the campaign infrastructure needed to win right now.

Democrats in Montana spent $90 million in 2024’s extremely close election.
Democrat spending on TV and online advertising alone drove ad rates to record
highs. They’re already training staff, testing their messaging, and raising
money for 2026.

What does that mean for Senator Daines’ re-election campaign? The number one
priority right now is for Senator Daines to hit every fundraising objective
going forward to match whatever the Democrats raise and lay the foundation for
one of the most expensive races in the country.
