Does the thought of this make your blood boil? Well, it should be.
Because that’s exactly what happened to Officer Chance Bretches in the summer of 2020.
After using non-lethal force to keep Austin, Texas from burning down during the George Floyd Riots, Officer Bretches was charged with a felony by Austin’s local Soros-funded DA, Jose Garza.
As someone who understands the dangerous implications of Jose Garza’s radical police prosecution. I’m reaching out to you today with a critical update on Chance’s fight for justice.
The trial, which was set for July, was recently postponed to December to allow for some laboratory testing of the equipment Chance used that day, which we believe failed. Chance’s attorneys are extremely thorough and will provide Chance with the strongest defense possible.
As you may recall, if Jose Garza gets his way, Chance faces up to 99 years in prison for following his training and protecting the people of Austin.
Friend, we can’t leave our officers defenseless. If we don’t defend them, who will?
Chance and his young family are facing massive legal bills and an uncertain future.
Which is why LELDF is committed to helping Officer Bretches fight and win his trial.
Will you renew your support in the fight for justice for this heroic officer?
Your donation today of $35 or more will help cover Officer Bretches’ legal fees and restore his good name and reputation as a strong defender of our communities.
I hope you will continue to pray and stand in support of our law enforcement, especially Officer Bretches and those who are actively risking their lives on the streets of L.A.
