American Democracy is an experimental project. Its success - or failure - is dependent on each and every one of us. Our nation’s founders built the framework for a free and fair democratic government as a counter balance to corrupt autocratic kings.

Our nation has faced monumental challenges since it’s inception. But for the last 248 years, our democracy has been kept stable. Until now.

Yesterday, Senator Alex Padilla was tackled, forcibly removed, and handcuffed for asking Secretary Kristi Noem a question at a Department of Homeland Security press conference. Donald Trump and his goons have been escalating their attacks on the American people. And now, they’re going after sitting United States Senators. Who will be next?

This moment demands more than just our attention and outrage. It demands our action. Each and every one of us has a role to ensure our democracy remains intact.
