Donald Trump’s military parade is tomorrow—and we’re expecting to see blatant celebrations of his abuse of power on display. As Trump’s attacks on immigrants, people of color, and other vulnerable groups grow more and more unlawful, the NYIC is joining New Yorkers to say: we will NOT tolerate attacks on our communities by a wannabe king.

New York City, you can join us tomorrow, Saturday 14th for a march starting at Bryant Park at 2pm to let Trump know we will not be silenced!

Trump’s attacks on immigrants have escalated to the point where even American citizens are facing risk of arrest and deportation. American children with deadly diseases have been sent to countries they have never known. ICE is targeting people in immigration courts where people go for their  required appointments, essential for them to continue their immigration process. And now in LA, people who are exercising their first amendment right are facing the National Guard, because Trump deems them a ‘national threat’ for not agreeing with his unlawful ICE raids.

We must remind Trump that standing together, our communities are stronger than one man will ever be. His attempts to make us cower will not work. New Yorkers will not bow to fear. We will support our immigrant communities no matter what this administration throws our way.

We hope you will join us to say: no one should live in fear of deportation or detention. We are stronger when we fight together.
