John - Uplifting young voices whose faith empowers their justice action, this new podcast is right up your alley!
John,
We are thrilled to announce a new podcast—Voices for Justice—that uplifts the voices of young leaders animated by their faith to work for justice! Join our community of listeners to affirm these inspiring leaders whose formation included ISN programming.
Los Angeles is currently in focus for faith-filled people resisting inhumane actions from federal authorities. We lift up the Jesuits who have spoken up about our moral duty to welcome the immigrant, including our own staff member's participation in the regional Jesuit Migration Network gathering in Bogotá, Colombia.
Many Catholic institutions participated in migration advocacy and much more as part of the Ignatian Advocacy Madness, where approximately 12,000 people were engaged in justice action. Finally, just over a month ago, we celebrated justice champions at Ignite: A Celebration of Justice on the campus of the University of San Francisco.
Jesuit priests and lay collaborators across Catholic apostolates are rising to challenge policies and rhetoric that dehumanize migrants. Read more here.
Featuring young leaders and their mentors, this new podcast from ISN simulates the invigorating encounters that take place between young people at ISN programming. Read more here.
The second annual Ignatian Advocacy Madness fostered community across the Ignatian network by awarding points for social justice advocacy. Read more here.
With San Francisco as a backdrop, ISN gathered with supporters, partners, and honorees for Ignite: A Celebration of Justice. Read more here.
