Tomorrow, I'm joining my fellow Oregonians to stand up against the cruel and chaotic actions of President Trump.

Demonstrations are happening across the country. Here's information so you can plan to join, too.

Trump thinks of himself as a "king," treats our allies like our enemies, and answers only to people who can buy their way into his circle. He called the National Guard and the Marines into L.A., an illegal power grab that is escalating tensions across the country.

I'll be joining millions of other fed-up Americans tomorrow and speaking with people rallying in Oregon who are angry and scared about what the future will look like if their Social Security checks don't arrive, if Medicare and Medicaid are gutted, if Trump continues to ignore climate change, and if military forces disrupt our right to peaceful protest.

Marching, calling, and speaking out is forcing Republicans to walk back their support of the disastrous "Big bad bill" that the Senate is debating right now.

The Trump playbook is to overwhelm and divide us, but we are staying strong and united.

I will continue to be a loud voice of resistance as we rally tomorrow and as we take critical votes in Congress, and I encourage you to keep standing up and speaking out.
