Folks,

Tomorrow, the Trump administration is hosting its “Grand Military Parade” – all bankrolled by hardworking taxpayers.

Let’s call it what it is: a self-indulgent birthday bash for Donald Trump and an unacceptable politicization of our military.

And it’s another reminder that we need a Senate that will put a check on this reckless administration.

If that’s all you need to hear, I’m asking you to chip in today – ahead of my mid-month fundraising deadline – to support my reelection campaign so I can continue the fight to hold the Trump administration accountable:

Now, let’s get the facts straight:

Trump has fired:

- VA employees
- Top national security officials
- Folks that screen miners for black lung
- Researchers preventing kids from getting addicted to tobacco

And now he thinks a birthday parade that will inconvenience thousands of Virginians is a good use of taxpayer money? America has the most sophisticated, accomplished, and advanced military in the world. We don’t need a parade to show off – we need thoughtful investments in preparing for the next generation of national security and in the needs of our servicemembers.

Of course, my Republican colleagues still remain silent.

If we want to reign in the chaos, corruption, and mismanagement from this administration, we need to flip the Senate blue.

That’s why I’m asking: will you pitch in today so we can reach our $25,000 mid-month fundraising goal, protect my seat, and take back the Senate majority for Democrats? [link removed]

The fight continues,

Mark Warner
