I know you might be wondering why you’re getting so many more emails about fundraising deadlines this month, and I’m here to explain.
The end of June marks the end of this year’s second fiscal quarter – that means, all campaign fundraising numbers will be submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and will go public at the end of the month.
When fundraising numbers go public, our GOP opponents will use them to “size us up,” so to speak.
If they see that we’re consistently hitting and exceeding our fundraising goals, they know that Democrats and their supporters are ready for a fight next year.
If they see us missing goals, they might think seats are vulnerable or up for grabs.
Hitting our end of quarter goal, starts with hitting all the little goals along the way. So, with our mid-June deadline just around the corner, will you contribute $10 to let the GOP know we’re coming prepared in 2026?
