Team, we need to keep talking about Ohio.
This year, Ohio lawmakers will lead the process of redrawing their congressional map. This is significant because some politicians in Ohio have stopped at nothing to manipulate electoral maps to give them a partisan advantage.
And when we say stop at nothing, we literally mean they’ve stopped at nothing. In the past decade alone, the Ohio Supreme Court has struck down gerrymandered maps more than once.
They’ve struck them down more than twice.
And yes, they’ve struck them down more than three times.
The Ohio Supreme Court has struck down the maps drawn by Ohio legislators a whopping SEVEN times.
This is exactly why All On The Line is focusing on Ohio this year — educating and mobilizing people on the ground to stand strong against threats to our free and fair elections.

Here’s the thing, team: This isn’t the only direct threat to a fair democracy going on in Ohio right now.
SB 153, the state’s copycat version of the anti-voter SAVE Act, would ban ballot drop boxes, make voters jump through hoops to prove citizenship before registering, and impose unnecessary requirements on election officials. Worse still, it would make it harder for Ohio voters to petition together to change their constitution — making future reforms to protect voters more challenging.
This would disproportionately affect married women, students, and low-income voters. Folks, we must call this bill what it is: targeted suppression.
In solidarity,
All On The Line Ohio
